Pre-alpha terms

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private. One person may not operate extra accounts to manipulate any vote, poll, ballot, nomination, or campaign. One account may hold Voter, Creator, and Brand roles, but Creator and Brand capabilities require review.

Pre-alpha service

Features may change, pause, reset, or contain errors. Synthetic profiles and baseline totals are labeled and do not represent real creator performance. No cash prize is active unless a later page links separate official rules and clearly states that funding is confirmed.

Community conduct

Do not automate activity, impersonate people, submit false proof, harass users, violate intellectual-property or publicity rights, or upload unlawful material. CloutCulture may moderate submissions, invalidate activity, restrict accounts, and preserve an audit record.

Creator and Brand Studios

Creator applications, profile claims, organization applications, and campaign requests may be approved, rejected, or returned for revision. Approval is not a promise of sponsorship, payment, creator participation, publication, or campaign acceptance.

Creator material and missions

Nominating a creator does not grant commercial likeness rights. Claim and mission flows authorize only the specific display or campaign use clearly presented at submission. Real sponsored work requires separate campaign terms, disclosures, compensation details, and creator acceptance.

No guarantee

The service is provided for evaluation as available. To the extent allowed by law, BhavCzar and CloutCulture do not promise uninterrupted availability, rankings, sponsorships, payments, or prizes during pre-alpha.

Information collected

CloutCulture stores the name and email you submit, a one-way password hash, age and terms confirmations, account-role status, vote and streak records, nominations, creator applications and claims, organization and campaign requests, creator connections, poll and ballot choices, mission submissions, timestamps, and limited security records. Creator and Brand intake may include public profile or organization URLs, follower ranges, business contact emails, objectives, deliverables, and budget ranges. IP addresses are converted into keyed hashes for rate limiting and audit review rather than displayed publicly.

How it is used

Information operates accounts and dashboards, reviews Creator and Brand access, prevents duplicate or automated activity, calculates rankings and rewards, moderates submissions, structures and verifies creator missions, improves the product, and produces aggregated analytics. Public rankings do not display voter or private business email addresses.

Sharing

Private voter identities are not sold. Data may be shared with service providers needed to host and secure the product, with campaign participants only as required for an accepted campaign and disclosed terms, or when legally required. Submitting a private brief does not make it public.

Future Czulture identity

The account uses a durable internal UUID that may later connect to a shared Czulture sign-in system. CloutCulture and czulture.com do not yet share login sessions. Any future cross-product data use should be disclosed before activation.

Retention and choices

Pre-alpha records are retained while needed for product integrity, disputes, security, and analysis. Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the published operator contact, subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention needs.

Security and age

Passwords are hashed and sessions use secure cookie controls when HTTPS is active. No system is perfectly secure. The pre-alpha is limited to users 18 and older.
